Booking confirmation:
50% required on confirmation 50% required 30 days prior arrival
A 10% discount will be given to bookings paid in advance within 24 hours of confirmation.

Cancellation Fee:
Not applicable to the 10% discounted rate
Any bookings canceled prior 30 days of arrival, a 10% booking fee will be applicable.
Any cancellations made after 30 days prior arrival, no refunds will be given.
Children and beds/Child policies: Children of any age are welcome.
Cot and extra bed policies: cots and extra beds are available. No age restriction
There is no age requirement for check-in
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the buildings, however smoking is allowed outside.
Parties: Parties/events are allowed but need to be confirmed with us first.
Pets: Free! Pets are allowed. No extra charges. However please insure you pick up after your dog.
Your dog is very welcome with us, but we would like to draw your attention to our special dog house rules.
The owner is liable for any damage caused by his dog to other guests or to the hotel facilities. Please understand that we only accept well-behaved, well-groomed and housebroken dogs with a friendly nature in our lodge. Out of consideration for other guests, uncontrolled barking is not allowed. Dogs must always be kept on a leash.
Please bring your own bed for your darling; like a dog basket, dog blanket or lockable sleeping box.
Our hotel beds and furniture are absolutely taboo for dogs. The hotel towels are not available for four-legged friends. Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool.
We absolutely ask you, should the dog have done his business in our garden, to clean up the excrement so that the property remains dog-excrement-free for all guests.
Penela River Lodge has two resident cats.
Swimmingpool hours: Due to the fact that this is a shared pool, please respect all guests.
River gate: Has to be kept closed at all times.
1st Saturday of every month: The River Lodge hosts a garden market, that means the lower part of the garden is used for the market and therefore open to the public from 8-15 o' clock.
